Nars Blushes: My Favourites

 

 

Nars blushes................... those words together spark some conversation, eh? You Tube has seen it's fair share of  " Favourite Nars Blushes", some reckoning 'Orgasm' to be the best, others 'Deep Throat' and not forgetting the beautiful 'Sin'. Collectively, I have four beautiful Nars blushes that I find to be equally unique. From left to right in the image below: Sin, Angelika, Orgasm and Torrid are four of Nars' best blushes in my opinion.

 

 

 

Torrid (left) and Orgasm (right) are my two 'peachy' blushes. Orgasm is a peachy pink blush with shimmer, that gives a lovely pink/ gold sheen to the skin. While Torrid is a peach blush with finely milled gold pigments. Torrid has more prominent peach look on the cheek with the light only catching a slight gold fleck, while Orgasm produces a pinkish undertone on the cheek. These are my favourite blushes to wear in the summer in Ireland, they give any light complexion a beautiful subtle glow.

 

 

Angelika (left) and Sin (right) are my perfect shades for the cooler weather. They can be worn anytime in the year, but give a natural pink/berry rosy look to the cheek. Angelika is perfect for any fan of pink blush. The most 'glittery' of my collection, it gives a youthful hue to any makeup look. Sin, however, is my favourite from all of the above. Sometimes reflecting a sweet berry shade with minute sheen, its appearance on the skin is like no other blush in my collection. If I was to recommend just one of the Nars blushes it would be this. Mac Springsheen is an  option for those not in reaching distance of Nars' Orgasm blush.
